Living Costume

So I am trying a new idea out, well new for me anyway. I am going to design and make some mini-costumes that grow and decay. This is off the back of a discussion with a friend about environmental costume and whether a costume can actually be environmentally friendly.

I posed the idea that no costume is better than any costume, but then the actors would need to be wearing clothes so where do we draw the line?

This then led me to think, what if I designed something that gave back to the environment? A dress that actually promotes a healthy environment. So far I have a few ideas but I will draw them out and update you at a later date. I better get drawing though, I don't want to miss spring.
